Frequently Asked Questions

I'm coming for a specific show date. Will you be there?

We will be there all summer from August-July. They are still working on the fan experience days but typically we're open Wednesday–Sunday from 10:00 AM–7:00 PM during the Backstreet Boys residency. If you're attending a show, we recommend stopping by before concert day or earlier in the day to avoid peak crowds and enjoy a more relaxed experience.

Do I need to make a reservation?

No reservation is needed! Simply stop by during our posted hours and we'll be happy to help you create your custom piece. We welcome walk-ins and do our best to accommodate everyone.

Where are you located?

We are located inside the free Backstreet Boys Fan Experience at the Venetian Hotel. On the top floor, across from the merch store.

What is permanent jewelry?

Permanent jewelry is custom-fit jewelry that is welded closed instead of secured with a traditional clasp. The weld is quick, painless, and creates a seamless piece designed for everyday wear.

What if I don't want permanent jewelry?

No problem! We also offer clasp options for most designs, allowing you to remove your jewelry whenever you'd like.

What materials do you offer?

We offer high-quality 14k gold-filled, sterling silver, and select stainless steel styles. Our jewelry is designed for everyday wear and chosen for its durability, beauty, and comfort.

Can I shower, swim, and work out in my jewelry?

Yes! Our jewelry is designed to be worn daily. While all jewelry benefits from proper care, our materials are selected to hold up well through everyday activities.

How long does the process take?

Most pieces take approximately 5–10 minutes to create. During busy times, there may be a 30-60 minute wait while we assist other customers. You can also leave your number and we can text you or call you when it's your turn.

Is the welding process safe?

Yes! The welding process is quick, safe, and performed by trained professionals.

Can children get permanent jewelry?

Yes. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

What if my bracelet breaks?

If your bracelet comes apart at the jump ring or weld point, we'll do our best to assist with repairs. Depending on the circumstance we will offer a replacement but because its a custom piece, we do not offer refunds. Please contact us with any concerns.

Can I bring an existing bracelet back for rewelding?

In many cases, yes! We'll evaluate the piece and let you know if a repair or reweld is possible.

Can I purchase a piece as a gift?

Yes! Permanent jewelry makes a wonderful gift, and clasped options are available if you're purchasing for someone who isn't present.
